DESCRIPTION:Orangeburg County Community of Character will host its 1st Annual Character Counts Community Celebration on Saturday\, October 18\, 2014\, from 10 AM to 2 PM\, at the Prince of Orange Mall.  This celebration is an effort to bring the entire community together to kickoff National Character Counts week (October 19-25).\n\nYou are invited to be a part of this exciting event to promote character education and encourage the citizens of Orangeburg County to be the best people they can be at all times by displaying excellence in character.  This will be a time of informing the community of existing organizations/programs available to help strengthen individuals and families.  This will also be a time of fun\, fellowship\, and entertainment.
