Every Student Succeed Act (ESSA) Town Hall

The Orangeburg Consolidated School District 5 Education Association's vision is to empower educators and families. In efforts to ensure this vision comes to fruition, we will be having a Town Hall to help educate and/or inform educators, parents, families, and the broader community about the Every Student Succeed Act (ESSA) as it relates to all of us working together to increase student achievement. The National Education Association (NEA) is supporting a series of Town Hall Meetings throughout the country. The meetings will take place in communities all over this country. The meeting will take place on Saturday, January 21, 2016 at MLK Auditorium on South Carolina State University’s campus. The reception will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. and from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon will be the panelist discussion time.
