The festival will include demonstrations\, Dog Show contests\, food vendors\, live entertainment\, area rescue groups\, dog adoptions\, vendors galore and more! This promises to be a fun-filled family day for everyone to spend in support of local shelter pets. The festival will be held Saturday\, November 3\, 2019 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm with the Remembering Riggs River Walk beginning at 9:30 am at Centennial Park in the Edisto Memorial Gardens.
