Located in the "Flower Building" at the Orangeburg County Fairgrounds. 100% of monies made go straight to the care of the pets in our care. If you would like to donate money or items to sell at the yard sale, please stop by the Flower Building on Thursday, February 26th between 5pm & 7pm. Second Chance of Orangeburg Animal Rescue Coalition is a 501 C 3 non-profit and all donations are tax deductable.
