Art on the Lawn: Call for Artists

Call for Artists: Art On the Lawn Blackville— In an effort to expose the surrounding counties of the Region 3 Discovery Center to the artistic talents of SC Artisans, the Region 3 Discovery Center hosts its first Art On Lawn event on Saturday, October 13, 2007 from 10an-5pm. Art On Lawn is a public event where artists can demonstrate and sell their arts and crafts in an open market environment. Artists 18 and over eligible to participate in the following media: painting, drawing, metal, jewelry, sculpture, pottery, printmaking, photography, glass, and fiber. All artwork must be presented in professional manner. Space is limited to 2 tables per booth and artists must provide their own tables and chairs. The deadline for participating artists has been extended to October 1, 2007.
